Ken and his wife, Kimberly, have lived in the Raleigh area since 1992. They began attending Colonial in 2003 (Romans, Chapter 5 to be exact). Two of their three children are still at home: Chris is in high school and Nathaniel is in middle school. Both Ken and Kimberly are involved in the ministry to deaf and hard-of-hearing at Colonial; Kimberly is one of the regular sign language interpreters and Ken helps to lead the Holy Hands ABF class. They attend the 11:00a.m. Sunday morning service and can be found sitting up front, on the left where the interpreters sit. Kimberly home schools their sons and Ken works as a civil engineer with the North Carolina Division of Water Quality. Ken's flock consists of a mix of terrific people from all stages of life including: singles of all ages; young families with infants and toddlers; families with school-aged kids; and seasoned, older couples! |
